PRE-SEASON PRACTICES (begins April 29th):

Pre-Regular Season is Monday to Friday April 29th through May 24, 2024

- Junior Dolphins: 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

- 6 year & under: 4:30 pm - 5 pm

- 7 – 8 year olds: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm

- 9 – 10 year olds: 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm

- 11 years & up: 6:15 pm – 7:00 pm

MAY 22nd ONLY - NO PRACTICE

MAY 24th ONLY - MODIFIED TIMES

- Junior Dolphins & 6 year & Under - 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm

- 7 - 8 & 9 - 10 year olds: 4:00 - 4:45 pm

- 11 & UP: 4:45 pm – 5:30 pm

SEASON PRACTICES (begins May 28th):

Monday to Friday Morning Schedule

- Junior Dolphins: 9:45 am – 10:15 am

- 6 year & under: 9:45 am – 10:15 am

- 7 – 8 year olds: 9:00 to 9: 30 am

-9 – 10 year olds: 9:00 am – 9:45 am

- 11 years & up: 10:15 am – 11:00 am

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Afternoon Schedule (no afternoon practice on days with scheduled meets)

- Junior Dolphins: 4:45 - 5:15 pm

- 6 year & under: 4:45 - 5:15 pm

- 7 – 8 year olds: 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm

- 9 – 10 year olds: 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

- 11 years & up: 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm

Saturday Stroke Clinic (Starting May 4th)

- 6 & Under AND 7 - 8 year olds - 8:30 am - 9:15 am

- 9 - 10 year olds AND 11 years and up - 9:15 - 10 am

- May 11: Back Stroke

- May 18: Start & Dive

- May 25: Memorial Day Week End - No Clinic

- June 1: Breast Stroke

- June 8: Butterfly

- June 15: Flip turns & More

- June 22: For Divisional Swimmers Only

Registration for the Summer 2022 Season will open be open from March 17th to April 14th without additional ASA and program late fees. 

A late Fee will be applied for registrations received between April 15th and April 28th. 

Registration closes on April 28th

What is a Junior Dolphin?

Junior Dolphins are our youngest swimmers who are not quite able to swim the full length of the pool and ready for competitive swim. If the thought of a meet is overwhelming for your swimmer or your swimmer needs a little more practice to build confidence - Junior Dolphins is for your swimmer!

How old are Junior Dolphins?

4-8 years old

Are Junior Dolphins apart of the swim team?

Yes! These swimmers are apart of the team and can participate in team socials, activities, and practice. The only thing they won’t do is swim in the Tuesday night meets - but they can come cheer on the team!

Will Junior Dolphins have their own meets?

Yes! Junior Dolphins will have their own Friday Mini Meets during practice. They will have their events timed so they can see their progress throughout the season and earn colorful ribbons of their own!

Can my swimmer start the season as a Junior Dolphin then move to competition swim later in the season?

Unfortunately, not. Due to changes in ASA we cannot add competitive swimmers when the registration period ends.
